The body wants to heal and will point us to where it needs help if we will only listen. An individualized wholistic approach will help you get back to enjoying the things you love. Proper treatment will bring balance and better function to your body and mind. This will help you live each day to the fullest and take advantage of all great opportunities!
All sessions are one-on-one and tailored to each persons specific complaint or area they would like addressed. Treatment time is divided between hands-on mobilization techniques and specific neuro-muscular re-education movements to help your body learn and retain correct activation patterns.
Visceral Manipulation addresses restriction and increased tension levels in the facia that connects the organs to their cavities and each other. Neural Mobilization increases the health, conduction and mobility of nerves.
Are you tired of living with chronic pain? This device offers a natural remedy for neuropathy, migraines, and frozen shoulder that can help manage your discomfort without the use of harmful medications or invasive procedures.
The Rezzimax Tuners stimulate the vagus nerve which helps improve blood flow, reduces inflammation, and promotes relaxation, all of which can contribute to a significant reduction in pain levels.
Dry Needling uses very fine needles inserted into trigger points of muscles to quickly reduce pain and spasm and allow restored movement.
Cupping is a form of decompressive therapy that lifts the muscle and the surrounding tissues. It helps encourage improved circulation of blood and lymph. Cupping can be very effective in relieving pain and muscle tightness.
Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) is a revolutionary way to look at the body. This technique looks at muscular imbalances throughout the body and helps reset the motor control pattern. NKT works to help overactive muscles relax and under active areas to fire and function more efficiently.
Kinesotaping is an efficient way to improve muscle activation and stability. It can reduce swelling and decrease pain without medication.
Restriction in the nerves and muscle of you neck can cause dizziness and being off balance. Your inner ear also can be treated to help with a spinning sensation or decreased stability when walking. Address your balance so that you can climb the mountains in your life with confidence.
Tight muscles, poor posture, inactive muscles and imbalanced ligaments can all cause headaches and neck pain. Learn how to remedy this and bring balance to your system.
